Tracking numbers available on the B2B purchasing platform

In order to meet your expectations, we have introduced improvements to the B2B AS-PL purchasing platform. The modifications are to make it easier to check tracking numbers and shipment status.

Below is a detailed description of  the new features:

• Tracking numbers are now displayed in the "Invoices" tab (previously they were only available for the "My warehouse documents" tab).
• Tracking numbers are displayed for all invoices - regardless of the method of placing the order (online, by phone, or e-mail).
• By clicking on the tracking number user will be redirected to the carrier's website to check the shipment status.

We also remind you that the "My warehouse documents" tab allows you to check the status of documents that are currently being processed by our warehouse and will be converted into an invoice.
